I had an amazing experience at Flas Fix last night. My phone had been having serious signal issues for a long time. I tried everything—switching carriers, going to Samsung customer support, and visiting several other repair shops—but no one could figure out the problem.

Steve at Flas Fix was a lifesaver. Not only did he do a full diagnostic for free (out of respect for the long drive I made to his shop), he clearly explained the potential root cause and then fixed the issue the same day at a discounted price. He walked me through all my options with their pros and cons so I could make an informed decision. He even showed me a detailed microscopic view of the phone’s schematic and pointed out the broken antenna connector that was causing the problem.

Steve runs his own business, and his customer service, honesty, and technical expertise are truly top-notch. Highly recommended!
