Care Pro covers most iPhones, Samsung, and Google devices that are still practical to repair.

If a device is too old or low-value where the deductible would exceed the repair cost

Care Pro may not apply. We’ll always help you choose the smartest option.

What does lifetime warranty cover?

Flash Fix provides a lifetime warranty on Soft Oled parts we replace, covering defects related to the installed part and the workmanship associated with that repair.


This warranty applies only to the replaced component and remains valid for as long as you own the device. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

What's not covered?

Loss, theft, water damage, or catastrophic motherboard damage. Your devices back glass, and camera lenses must not be cracked, if so you won't be elegible for our free Care pro protection. If the device is severely damaged beyond repair, we’ll walk you through your options.
