Refund policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase If your product is defected. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. If you are looking for a full refund to the original payment and your product is not defected and it has been opened from it's original seal, we have to charge a 25% restocking fee. Keep in mind, We only return the full amount if a product is defected.
Reasons A Refund can get Denied:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Q & A You Might Have :
- How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit? 1-3 business days
- Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay? Only if product ISN'T defected, We WON'T cover return shipping.
- Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay? 25% restocking fee, If you don't want an exhcnage or store credit.
- How you handle lost or damaged returns? If item never gets delivered back to us or item comes back damaged, We will ship item back and wont refund.
